Description: Women are taught how to make steamed catfish in banana’s leaves. This is a local favorite meal for lunch in Cogreg village, Bogor, West Java. Through this skill, women can develop their own skills to make this dish and others new recipes for their families providing vital nutrition from this low cost raw materials

Description: Through the training of fish shredded, females villager of Pusana Village find and start an alternative business which is expected to support increasing of economic income for families, by using raw material of fish that grown in large amount in Pusana Village. Within this training a worthness analisis of fish shredded of family member. Equipment to be used will be handed over and run together by member of family group, where this equipment is kitchen equipment.
